1. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your devices and sign-in method. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Using the app requires an account with a verified email address and, on Android, Windows and the web, a connected Telegram account or verified WhatsApp number (optional in the iOS and Mac apps). A Telegram account or WhatsApp number is connected to one account at a time: connecting it to another account removes it from the first.
2. Subscriptions
- Using Omni Tracker needs an active Omni Tracker Pro subscription. Every account gets a 7-day free trial of the whole app, counted from when the account is created, with up to 3 AI analyses; no payment details are needed, and the trial does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. When the trial ends without an active subscription, the app is locked: only subscribing, restoring or checking purchases, signing out and deleting the account remain available, and your data is kept until you subscribe or delete the account. There are two plans: monthly (9.99 USD) and yearly (29.99 USD). Buying during the trial starts the subscription at once; the trial's remaining days are not added. The price and billing period are shown before purchase; the app stores may show the price in your currency.
- In the iOS, Mac and Android apps, subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play (the iOS and Mac apps share one App Store purchase) and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple or Google account is charged for renewal within the last 24 hours of each period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel them.
- On our website and in the Windows app, you buy Pro with a one-time payment with PayPal or a debit or credit card, for 30 or 365 days of Pro, with no automatic renewal; where PayPal offers it, you can pay by card without a PayPal account. On our website you can also pay with crypto (below). A new payment adds its days after the time you have left. Remaining prepaid time is lost when you delete your account.
- Our website and the Windows app no longer sell PayPal subscriptions. If you bought a PayPal subscription there before, it renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it in the Windows app, the web app or your PayPal account. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account cancels an active PayPal subscription.
- In the Windows app, Pro is bought with PayPal only: the app opens PayPal's payment page in your browser, and PayPal then returns you to our website. It is the one-time PayPal or card payment described above. Crypto payments are not offered in the Windows app.
- On our website, a crypto payment is a one-time payment for 30 or 365 days of Pro, with no automatic renewal: you send the exact amount shown, on the network you chose, straight to our wallet; a new payment adds its days after the time you have left. A transfer of another amount, on another network or in another coin is not matched to your payment and does not activate Pro; if you enter its transaction id on the payment page, we keep it and check it by hand, and add the payment's days once we confirm the transfer; otherwise contact us. Remaining prepaid time is lost when you delete your account.
- One subscription covers your whole account: Pro bought in any of these ways is active wherever you sign in with that account. We may also give Pro or extend the trial without a payment (for example for support, testing or a promotion); such time is shown as given by the Omni Tracker team, does not renew and may be withdrawn.
- One-time payments on our website and in the Windows app (PayPal, card or crypto) are final and are not refunded once made, because the 7-day free trial lets you try the whole app before you pay; each payment's days of Pro are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, after any Pro time you have left. The only exception is where the law that applies to you requires a refund. Cancelling a PayPal subscription you bought before stops its future renewals but does not refund the current period. Refunds of App Store and Google Play purchases are decided by Apple and Google under their own policies. A payment that is refunded or reversed anyway (by Apple, Google, PayPal or your card issuer) ends the Pro period it paid for. When a refund ends Pro after the trial, the app is locked again.
3. Your content
You own the content you enter. You only allow us to process it to provide the service (storage, sync and the analyses you request).
4. AI
Analyses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not financial, medical, legal or psychological advice. Recommendations never change anything automatically.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attempts to break in, disrupting the server or circumventing subscription limits or account verification. Access may be restricted after a violation.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for reliability, but outages or errors can happen; keep your own copy of anything important to you (for example, a PDF export of your plan). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the previous 12 months.
7. iOS and Mac users
For users who obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
8. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If they change, we update the date above and announce material changes in the app.
