Delete your Omni Tracker account
Deleting your account removes your account details, sign-in methods, verified email, Telegram and WhatsApp connections, payment records, sessions and all synced planning data from our server. This cannot be undone.
In the app (immediate)
- Open the app and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
You can also delete your account while the app is locked after the free trial: on the Your subscription is not paid page, tap Delete account.
Without the app
Email support@omnitracker.app from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete account". After we confirm ownership, the account is deleted within 30 days.
Good to know
- Data stored on your device remains until you remove the app or use "Delete all data".
- If you paid with crypto, we keep the network, the transaction id (public on the blockchain), the amount and the time of each payment, without any link to you, so that the same transaction cannot be used to pay again.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store's subscription settings.
- If you bought in the App Store or Google Play, we keep the store's purchase identifier, product and dates, without any link to you, until 60 days after the subscription ends, so that store notifications can be matched and a restore can attach it to a new account.
- An active PayPal subscription is cancelled automatically when you delete your account; prepaid time bought with crypto or a one-time PayPal payment is lost.
- If you used PayPal, even for a checkout you did not complete, we keep the PayPal subscription ids of your account, without any link to you, so that a subscription PayPal bills after the deletion is cancelled automatically when PayPal tells us about it.
- A one-time PayPal payment bills nothing later; its record (PayPal order id, capture id, amount and status) is deleted with your account.
- Encrypted database backups may remain for a limited period and are then removed automatically.
- If our team acted on your account in its admin tool, the log of those actions keeps your account id and email address for 2 years.
